Panel Debate: Are your social listening insights accurate? Hidden truth on data quality

Session Details

Wanna know the truth about the quality of social data?

It’s bad.

You already know this though, because it’s one of the top concerns among social intelligence practitioners.

Not all data is poor quality, obviously, but enough that it’s a problem for social listening. Why? Because inaccurate sentiment, irrelevant results and poor classification skew our research. And that means we can’t provide accurate and useful insights to our organisation, which leads to a lack of trust in our research. Many of us are already having to fight to prove the value of social intelligence, even though we know it could have an impact on so many areas of the business. This lack of trust could make adoption even harder.

So, what can we do about it?

Join this session to:

  • Discover how big the challenge really is
  • Learn how to benchmark and measure your own data quality
  • Explore the AI-powered tech and approaches that can help increase accuracy
