We’re all analyzing social data to find insights, but what do we actually mean by insights? Are we all looking for the same thing? We believe there are two key types of insights. There are communication insights - that is, insights that will help you to connect better with your audiences through content, comms, customer service etc. And there are consumer insights - insights that will help you to better understand broader consumer trends and behaviours so that you can make more strategic decisions in the long run. Social intelligence can reveal both, but you need to know what your end game is to analyze social data correctly.
