Social listening often gets pigeonholed as a place for a sentiment check or a quick look to see what people are saying on Twitter.
There's no return on investment in that kind of analysis.
Why bother? I get why people don't.
But, there's more value from social data than sentiment. You just need to look where and have a strategy to get buy-in.
