With over 20 years of experience in the sector, Tailor was appointed to lead McCann’s global social media practice, McCann LIVE in 2022. Having spent years developing and operationalizing the practice, she now leads the development of our social capabilities within the newly-formed McCann Content Studios, through our global network and offices. Working with clients to develop and elevate brands social media presence and creative to deliver business impact. Monica is a regular contributor to industry awards, speaking on top stages and writing thought leadership pieces around digital advertising, social media, talent development and DE&I.
