Paige Walker has been with The Hershey Company since March 2020 when she started as a Social Media Engagement Specialist focusing on community management and quality assurance tracking. Over the years, her role has evolved. Paige now leads social media listening/intelligence for the U.S. business and manages the Social Media Engagement Team within the company’s Consumer Relations department. Paige has spent the past several years building the strategy for social listening/intelligence at The Hershey Company and educating stakeholders about its benefits. Her work is delivered to 10+ teams to provide product feedback, brand health, campaign performance, competitive intelligence, category analysis, crisis monitoring, and more.
