Morgan is our host for the North American portion of Trends Summit.
She is an accomplished research and insights leader with extensive experience building imaginative cross-functional teams that create narrative intelligence solutions. She brings over 13 years of expertise storytelling public opinion big data and revitalizing workflows with cutting-edge approaches. Her stakeholders trust her to enable businesses to confidently navigate evolving landscapes by distilling how people feel into data-driven context - transforming unstructured data, such as what people say online, into measurable game-changing insights that drive value.
As Vice President at PSB, she cultivated and led a highly regarded social intelligence insights team that earned recognition as 2024 Client/Collaboration finalists for The Marketing Research & Insight Excellence Awards alongside one of their longstanding clients Microsoft. She was named a Pioneer by The Social Intelligence Lab in 2023 and has presented thought leadership with clients and partners throughout her career, including sessions at Quirks with Microsoft and Relative Insight, as well as paneling at CampaignTech Innovation Summit with Affectiva. She began her career unearthing insights from online communities in 2012 at text analytics and decision intelligence startups in Philly and Seattle that correlated behavioral data with narrative data. At those startups, she collaborated with partners such as Burson-Marsteller/WPP and for clients not limited to Intellectual Ventures, Entergy, Nestlé, AbbVie, Janssen, the Department of Defense, and United States senators and governors.
Her distinction in the space includes co-founding a location-based geo-targeting social analytics startup whose clients ranged from the Dallas Cowboys to Roc Nation’s Made in America Festival. Morgan holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. She is a proud Philadelphian and Eagles fan (#GoBirds), and has byline credits with The Huffington Post and Philadelphia music publication JUMP Magazine.
