Social media analytics platform NetBase is to host a pair of two-day conferences in Los Angeles and New York to examine the key issues associated with “the new era of analytics”.
The first, NetBase Live LA, takes place on 23-24 October at the InterContinental in downtown Los Angeles. On the opening day, keynote speaker Carlos Gil will be sharing insights from his book – The End of Marketing: Humanizing Your Brand in the Age of Social Media and AI, before NetBase CEO, Peter Caswell, expands the conversation, offering a CEO Outlook on Next Generation Artificial Intelligence and how it is driving greater social media analytic insights.
In addition, there will be a variety panels and individual sessions featuring industry leaders from Hotwire Global, Third Ear, Warner Bros. Interactive, Purple Strategies, Team One, 113 Industries and more.
NetBase LIVE NY takes place on 12-13 November at Convene in Midtown Manhattan, where keynote speaker, Chris Malone, Former Fortune 500 Chief Marketing Officer and award-winning author of The HUMAN Brand, will offer compelling insights on how to build lasting customer and employee loyalty in the Digital Age. Again, Peter Caswell will join Malone on stage and a packed agenda of sessions will round out the day.
Day Two of both conferences in feature a morning of high energy ‘how to’ sessions, organised in tracks for extra relevance. Focus areas include winning new business with social insights, how to lay the groundwork for a social measurement program and developing content strategy informed by research.
The afternoons of Day Two will offer training opportunities with NetBase professionals, walking attendees through scenarios specific to their brands. The training is accessible to all, with two tracks to choose from, featuring introductory and master class options.
