Who are you and what are you doing on Demo Day?
I am Vinny, Enterprise Account consultant at Digimind. I've worked with brands like Diageo, Johnson and Johnson, Cargill, and Hershey’s on various use-cases ranging from brand reputation analysis to trend tracking and innovation.
My favorite is trend tracking and innovation which is what I would be talking about in this demo session. Social listening makes it pretty easy for brands to identify trends pertaining to their audiences, products/services, and the industry itself. This not only helps brands to stay relevant and competitive, but to also helps them stay connected with their consumers. Lots of clients I've worked with have developed new products and new content through trend tracking and they've seen tremendous success. I would love to share those tips and tricks with everyone on this session.

We work across all industries and functions across an organization, so really it's anyone that could benefit from being able to have unrecoverable actionable insights.
Why is now the time to be investing in social intelligence (and your solution!)?
Now is the best time to be investing in social intelligence because Social Media is one of the few means that has allowed us to feel some semblance of a human connection during this pandemic. And so there has been an explosive increase in online conversations about literally everything.
What one word sums up your business?
IntuitiveIntelligence (I’m making that a single word because that’s what we do).
What’s the best use case(s) for your technology?
Competitive intelligence, Consumer Insights, Market Trends Tracking, Product and Campaign Performance Analysis.
What makes your technology and/or approach unique? What’s your USP?
