Social Listening Head-to-Head: Comparing Data Volumes and Sentiment Analysis Across Vendors [Free Download]

 

In our State of Social Intelligence research, we found that data volume and data quality were two of the most important considerations when comparing social listening vendors. It’s really difficult to compare data volumes and quality across vendors without getting a trial, and there’s never been any content to help clue you into these insights.

Well, that is, until now.

The Social Intelligence Unit at Publicis Groupe recently got in touch with us about internal research they had undertaken to compare five social listening vendors, their data volumes, and their sentiment scoring.

The vendors? Crimson Hexagon, NetBase, Talkwalker, Sysomos, and YouScan.

We realize that both Crimson Hexagon and Sysomos have now been integrated into new solutions, meaning the research is out of date, but the report does highlight some important insights and questions that need to be asked when it comes to crawling and analyzing social data.
